Here at Stadium Hotel your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please take a moment to review our hotel policies. By adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
One room night and tax advance deposit will be charged with a valid card at the time of reservation. Advance deposit is subject to change based on rate type and blackout dates.
Check-in after 3PM | Check-out by 11AM.
You must be 21+ to book a room.
For security purposes, please provide a valid driver's license or passport at check-in.
The number of guests is limited to the room type you book and apply to the entire property:
A single king room has a maximum of 2 guests.
Two queen beds have a maximum of 4 guests.
Hotel amenities are for registered guests only.
We do not accept semi-trucks/trailers.
The credit card used for booking must be physically presented during check-in, along with a corresponding valid Driver’s License or Passport. We do not accept virtual cards.
Third-party billing, where guests make payments on behalf of someone else, is also not accepted.
Reservations may be canceled prior to 3 PM at least 72 hours before the arrival date. A $25 cancellation fee will always apply. Failure to cancel within the 72-hour window will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax.
Same-day reservations and any reservations outside the 72-hour window are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No-shows will forfeit all deposits.

Special Events Policy:
Reservations booked during special events at Hard Rock Stadium, including but not limited to—Sporting Events and Games, Orange Bowl, Concerts, Miami Open, Formula 1, Jazz in the Gardens, etc.—are subject to NON-REFUNDABLE advance payments, cancellation restrictions, and minimum stay requirements.
Taylor Swift Dates:
Reservations including dates of October 18th, 19th & 20th, 2024, require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at booking.
The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, and cancellations are not permitted within this 60-day period.
Rolling Loud Dates:
- Event Dates: December 12th - 15th, 2024
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights - Must Stay/Include Sunday 15th to be able to BOOK
- Deposit: NON-REFUNDABLE first night at the time of booking
- Remaining Balance & Cancellation: 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required 60 days before arrival, and cancellations are not permitted within this period to avoid any additional charges.
Orange Bowl Dates:
- NON-REFUNDABLE first night room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.
- No cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
Formula 1 2025 Dates:
- Event Dates: May 1st - 4th, 2025
- Minimum Stay: 2 Nights
- Deposit: 1st-night non-refundable advance deposit required
- Balance: Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable)
Coldplay Concert Dates
- Event Dates: July 26th - 27th, 2025
- Minimum Stay: 2 Nights
- Deposit: 1st-night non-refundable advance deposit required
- Balance: Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival (non-refundable)

$16.95 per night will be collected at the time of check-in. The fee covers:

We are a pet-free facility. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional/Comfort animals are NOT considered service animals under ADA and, therefore, not accepted.
A room deposit/hold of $100/$150 is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at the time of checkout, provided there has been no smoking, no pets, and no damages to the room during your stay.
Stadium Hotel is a smoke-free facility to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone. Smoking is not allowed in the room, balcony, or pool area. Any evidence of smoking or smoke odor will result in Smoke and Damage fees being applied.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free atmosphere.
Planning to arrive early at our hotel? No problem! Let us know in advance, and we will make every effort to arrange an early check-in for you. This may incur an additional early check-in fee. If this is not possible, we will be happy to store your luggage safely and securely until your room is ready.
Late Check-outs
Please note that late departures are not available, and guests who check out later than the designated time may be charged for an additional night.
The restaurant/bar is subject to limited opening hours.
These may include Fridays and Saturdays or during nearby stadium events.
Please confirm with the hotel the availability of the restaurant/bar.
STADIUM HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
By booking, registering, or staying at Stadium Hotel ("Hotel"), the Guest agrees to be responsible for the conduct and behavior of any accompanying guests or visitors, whether sharing lodging or visiting during their stay.
II. OCCUPANCY LIMITS AND AMENITIES
The maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows:
- 1 King Bed Room: 2 persons
- 2 Queen Beds Room: 4 persons
Guests and visitors are subject to the same occupancy limits, which apply to all hotel amenities, including the swimming pool and other hotel property.
III. HOTEL MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Hotel management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply or collect charges to the Guest's account for any damages incurred by the Guest, their accompanying guests, or visitors. Moreover, hotel management reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any reason. The Guest hereby authorizes the Hotel to charge or collect fees and/or terminate their stay without refund for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Damaged rooms or items
- Exceeding maximum occupancy
- Possessing or using illegal substances
- Intoxication
- Use of profanity
- Any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests and staff
- Actions that damage the reputation, dignity, or standing of the Hotel
IV. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Guest rooms and public areas, such as the pool area and parking lot, shall not be used for parties, gatherings, or loitering by registered or unregistered guests.
V. FORCE MAJEURE
The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel's control.
VI. PARKING AND VEHICLE POLICY
All vehicles parked on Hotel premises must be registered with the front desk upon check-in. A parking permit will be issued, which must be prominently displayed at all times. Unregistered vehicles or those without permits may be towed at the owner’s expense. Furthermore, occupancy or loitering in parked vehicles is prohibited to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, with the exception of brief periods for immediate loading or unloading. We do not accept semi-trucks/trailers.
VII. LIABILITY FOR VALUABLES AND VEHICLES
The Hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables in rooms or vehicles and is not liable for any damage to or theft of vehicles parked on the property.
VIII. OTHER CHARGES
Guests agree to pay a mandatory daily Hospitality Fee of $16.95 plus tax per night. This fee includes Continental Breakfast, Wi-Fi Access, Mini Golf, Basketball Court, Pool Access, Room Safe, Parking, and Security.
IX. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
The credit card used for booking must be physically presented at the time of check-in, along with a corresponding valid Driver's License or Passport. Unless otherwise specified by hotel management, virtual cards shall not be accepted. Third-party payments, where a person makes a payment on behalf of the guest, are not accepted.
X. DEPOSIT
A mandatory deposit of $100.00-$150.00 is required from all hotel guests. The deposit will be returned if the following conditions are met:
- No damages are found in the room and hotel property
- The room, balcony, and common/public areas are smoke-free
- The room does not smell like smoke
- There is no evidence of smoking
- All guests check out by 11:00 AM
Cash deposits can only be collected at checkout by the registered Guest and must be picked up within ten business days of checking out. In the event of substantial damage to hotel property, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest's card/account beyond the deposit amount if deemed necessary.
XI. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed in the room, balconies, pool, and public/common areas. The Hotel is a smoke-free facility. A minimum $150.00 cleaning and deodorization fee will be charged to the Guest's account if their guest room is smoked in. Any evidence of smoking or smoke odor will result in Smoke and Damage fees being applied.
XII. PET POLICY
We are a pet-free facility. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional/Comfort animals are NOT considered service animals under ADA and, therefore, not accepted. A $150.00 cleaning/deodorization fee will be charged to the Guest's account if pets are brought into the room.
XIII. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Continental breakfast is only available for registered guests.
